Winnipeg Regional Real Estate Board가 배포한 보도자료의 MLS를 기준으로, 지난해 동기간과 대비하여 단독주택에 대한 거래량은 5 퍼센트 그리고 콘도는 거의 20 퍼센트 가까이 늘어난 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 주거용 단독주택의 평균가격은 지난해 동기간과 비교하여 4개월 연속으로 상승하였다.
10월의 거래는 지난해 10월과 비교하여 7 퍼센트 높았고, 5년간 평균에 비해 12 퍼센트 낮았다. 액티브 리스팅은 지난해 10월에 비해 10 퍼센트 그리고 5년간 평균에 비해서도 5 퍼센트 많았다. 10월 총 거래액은 397 밀리언 달러를 약간 상회했는데, 이는 지난 10월보다 9 퍼센트 그리고 5년간 평균에 비해서는 7 퍼센트 낮았다.
