• 커뮤니티 가든 또는 힐링 가든 조성.
■ Crescent Drive:

■ Harbour View:

• 4, 12 & 13번 사이와 14번 뒤 그리고 3, 4 & 7번 사이에 녹지대 조성.
■ Tuxedo:
• 18번의 그린 오른쪽에 녹지대 조성.
• 2번 페어웨이와 3번 티 좌측에 초지 조성
• 골프장 부지를 겨울철에도 사용하는 방법을 검토.
■ Wildwood:
• 새로운 클럽 하우스가 필요할 경우 Netley Street와 North Drive의 공간 활용.
■ Windsor Park:
• 14번홀의 북쪽에 Seine River를 가로지르는 교량과 AT 트레일 조성.
• 13과 14번을 St. Boniface Golf Course와 통합
• 기존의 코스를 9홀 코스와 6홀의 루프 코스로 재구성.
• 현재의 9번 그린 뒤편에 아웃도어 패티오 공간 조성.
• 14번 왼쪽을 따라 오픈 공간 조성.
■ John Blumberg:
• 27홀 코스를 유지하면서 녹지대를 추가.
• 18홀 코스로 줄이면서 녹지대와 새로운 레크리에이션 시설 추가.
• Rural Municipality of Headingley에 임대 또는 매각
• John Blumberg Softball 시설의 주차장 확대.

컨설턴트의 보고서에 Rossmere Golf & Country Club에 대한 사항은 포함되지 않았다. 이유는 골프장 부지 중에서 절반만 위니펙시 소유이고, 이것을 50년간 임대했기 때문이다.
위니펙 시의회는 2021년 골프장 토지에 대한 향후 결정에서 녹지공간을 보존하는 옵션만 고려할 것이라는 방침을 확인한 바가 있다. 그리고 의회는 새로운 주택건설에 대한 옵션은 포함시키지 않았다. 2021년에 시의회는 또한 접근가능한 1,000에이커의 녹지공간을 추가하는 것을 장기목표로 제시했었다.
