위니펙에서 동남쪽으로 1시간 20분 거리에 있는 Sandilands Provincial Forest는 작은 모래 언덕, 숲, 습지 그리고 사람이 거주하지 않는 풍부한 산림지대로 구성되어 있다. 매니토바와 미네소타 국경 근처에서는 가장 울창한 숲 지역이다.

Sandilands Provincial Forest 트레일에 접근하려는 사람들은 210번 도로를 이용하는 것이 가장 좋은 방법이다. 모래 언덕으로 구성된 트레일이 흥미를 돋구는 것은 물론이고, La Broquerie에서 트레일들의 입구까지 도로 경치도 4계절 색다른 아름다움을 제공한다.
