판매자들은 2020년 9월 부동산 중개인을 변경하였고, 해당 주택은 4개월 뒤 517,500 달러에 판매되었다. MSC는 결정문에서 판매자 부부가 주택 매매에서 입은 손실을 31.183 달러로 산정하였다.
