연초부터 현재까지 주거용 단독주택은 MLS를 기준으로 지난해와 비교하여 9 퍼센트 많은 7,046건, 평균가격은 6 퍼센트 높은 424,164 달러였다. 올해 1월부터 8월까지 지역적인 특성으로는 가격적인 측면에서 가장 강세를 보인 시장은 Steinbach (평균가격: 10 퍼센트 성장, 거래: 15 퍼센트 증가) 지역이었다. 반면에, 가장 약세를 나타낸 시장은 Niverville/Ritchot (평균가격: 1 퍼센트 성장, 거래: 27 퍼센트 증가)이었다.
