2024년 12월 MLS 기준 액티브 리스팅은 2,393건으로 2023년 12월 (2,959건)과 비교하여 19 퍼센트나 줄었고, 5년간 평균 (2,400건)과는 변동이 없었다.
그리고 2024년 마지막 달 전체 거래액은 2023년 12월 (223 밀리언 달러)과 비교하여 22 퍼센트나 높은 272 밀리언 달러 그리고 5년간 평균 (259 밀리언 달러)보다 5 퍼센트나 많았다.
2024년 12월 주거용 단독주택 (Residential Detached) 거래는 468건으로 2023년 동월 (406건)과 비교하여 15 퍼센트 많았지만, 5년간 평균 (491건)에 비해서는 5 퍼센트 적었다.
12월 단독주택 액티브 리스팅은 지난해 동월 (1,303건)과 비교하여 23 퍼센트 적은 1,005건 그리고 5년간 평균(1,028건)에 비해서도 2 퍼센트나 적었다.
12월 주거용 단독주택 평균가격은 423,908 달러로, 2023년 12월 (405,895 달러)에 비해서는 4 퍼센트 그리고 5년간 평균 (386,727 달러)에 비해서도 10 퍼센트가 높았다.
2024년 12월 콘도미니엄 (Condominium) 매매는 120건으로 지난해 12월 (102건)에 비해서는 18 퍼센트 그리고 5년간 평균 (119건)에 비해서는 1 퍼센트 많았다.
콘도미니엄의 2024년 12월 평균가격은 272,728 달러로 2023년 12월 (269,787 달러)에 비해서는 1 퍼센트 그리고 5년간 평균 (253,524 달러)과 대비하여서는 8 퍼센트 높았다.
반면에, 콘도미니엄 12월 액티브 리스팅은 2023년 12월 (385건)과 비교하여 32 퍼센트 줄어든 260건이었는데, 이것은 5년간 평균 (349건)에 비해서도 26 퍼센트나 감소한 것이다.
2024년 12월 주거용 부속주택 (Residential Attached) 매매는 70건으로 2023년 12월 (48건)과 비교하여 46 퍼센트 많았고, 5년간 평균 (68건)에 비해서는 4 퍼센트 많았다.

2024년 12월 MLS 기준 액티브 리스팅은 2023년 동월 (224건)보다 21 퍼센트 적은 176건 그리고 5년간 평균 (158건)에 비해서는 11 퍼센트 많았다.
Winnipeg Regional Real Estate Board는 12월 실적과 관련한 보도자료에서 11월과 마찬가지로 3가지 부동산 유형 모두에서 지난해 대비 실적이 좋았으며, 12월 기록으로는 3번째로 좋은 실적이라고 했다.
협회는 또한 주요 3개 부동산 유형 12월 실적은 거래, 평균 가격 그리고 거래액 모두 증가한 것으로 나타났다고 했다. 단독주택을 제외한 부동산 유형에서도 5년간 평균보다 거래가 많았다는 것이 협회의 설명이다.
2024년 MLS 기준 전체 매매는 14,597건으로 전년도와 비교하여 13 퍼센트 늘었고, MLS 리스팅은 22,858건으로 2 퍼센트 증가했고, 거래액은 22 퍼센트 이상 증가한 5.5 빌리언 달러를 넘었다.
MLS 기준, 2024년 Winnipeg Regional Real Estate Board 시장 지역 주거용 단독주택 거래는 9,987건으로 2023년보다 11 퍼센트 많았고, 평균가격은 423,878 달러로 지난해보다 6 퍼센트 높았다.
2024년 Winnipeg Regional Real Estate Board 시장 지역 콘도미니엄 거래는 2,194건으로 2023년보다 13 퍼센트 많았고, 평균가격은 2023년과 비교하여 6 퍼센트 높은 274,201 달러였다.
