Deloitte가 100명의 캐네이디언 소유주와 임대인 (50대 50)을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사에 따르면, 조사에 참여한 임차인의 절반은 유연한 임대를 원하는 것으로 나타났다. 설문조사에 참여한 소유주와 임차인 수익은 최소 50 밀리언 달러였다.
