Haul All Industries is offering a Bookkeeper/Office Assistant position. The position of Bookkeeper/office assistant includes, but is not limited to managing financial accounts & records, managing accounts receivable, accounts payable & financial statements. Utilizing computer accounting programs is a central part of the bookkeeper’s job description. This is a ½ – ¾ time position with the possibility of full time hours.
Requirements: • Bookkeeping/accounting background • Manufacturing accounting experience is an asset. • Proficient in using computers, photo-copiers, and fax machines. • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) • Experience using Quickbooks is an asset • Willingness to learn and be trained on new accounting software • Strong work ethic • Ability to work well with others
Book keeping/Office assistant Job Duties: • Accounts receivable • Accounts payable • Financial statements (ie. Year-End) • Record keeping • Answering phones • Keeping office organized and clean
